Skirmishes: With Friends, Enemies, and Neutrals has been published. punctum is an open access publisher, so both purchase and free download options can be found HERE.

The first four chapters respond to the books on Speculative Realism by Sparrow, Shaviro, Gratton, and Wolfendale.

The four shorter sections in the second part of the book respond to criticisms from Toscano, Norris, Zahavi, and Mulhall.

I could have responded to a few others, but that was already enough for a pretty long book.
