Most active tweep right now seems to be Jamal Elshayyal, @JamalsNews

The Muslim Brotherhood view can be found at @IkhwanWeb and also from their spokesman, @gelhaddad.

My “follow” list was set in 2011 and is mostly revolutionaries (of both the secular and Islamist variety). Not sure where to find a government standpoint on Twitter, but it can surely be found in the traditional media, which will be far slower than Twitter as usual.
