I’m afraid I’ve noticed the same thing that he has concerning the “inner fascist” coming out in too many Cairenes lately. A celebratory spirit of massacre has been in the air that is very unfortunate. (As one person put it on Twitter: “That awkward moment when you realize that many Arab leftists and liberals are politically to the right of Attila the Hun.”)

I don’t agree with the Brotherhood about Morsi’s legitimacy, which I believe he forfeited through his own actions. But let’s not dehumanize the group and turn them into shooting gallery targets.
