This footage comes from İzmir, the third largest city in Turkey (after Istanbul and Ankara), located on the West Coast.

Although there is far more brutal footage available from the past few days, this clip is disturbing due to the pointless casualness of the abuses it depicts– clubbing an apparently innocent man for no reason, and pulling a woman’s hair.
