“Run Antigone, Run!”

That’s Žižek’s proposed title for one of several “alternative” versions of Antigone, all of which he seriously claims to want to make as operas (and claims to have already contacted various composers to that end).

That was probably the funniest of many funny parts of his first two 2-hour lectures today. The third will run from 5-7 PM today, and will turn more towards Meillassoux.
