The Hanseatic League. Any historians out there who have a favored volume, whether in English or German?

I received some good suggestions on this when visiting the UK in April, forgot the suggestions, and now can’t reach the person who gave them to me. Thought I might ask all of you, since being in Tallinn reminds me of the Hansa. In fact, we’re having our last supper in an old Hanseatic hall tonight.
