With our Student Union taking the lead in national civil disobedience beginning on Saturday, the “administrator of the SCAF Facebook page” (saddest hobby I’ve ever heard of) is accusing our university of a plot against Egypt. HERE

So, it’s our turn to be painted as the enemies of the state. SCAF has gone on an anti-American kick recently, which is a bit strange considering that SCAF receives 22% of their budget from the U.S. Now they’re claiming that the criminally charged Americans working for the suspect pro-democracy NGO’s were caught with “damning evidence”– maps that supposedly show plans to “divide Egypt.” I’d be most curious to hear how one would go about dividing Egypt.
