ENS Friday the 13th resources

Raphaël Millière of the Atelier de métaphysique et d’ontologie contemporaines has confirmed that I can post these things here.

I have discussed Louis Morelle’s paper on this blog. You can now find it HERE. There is very little Meillassoux in this draft, and the reason for that is explained in a footnote (essentially, Martin Fortier had already done a very thorough paper on Meillassoux in an earlier week of the seminar).

A recording of the papers is HERE.

A recording of the discussions is HERE.

All these materials are a good chance to familiarize yourself with this rather promising group of young French philosophers centered at the École normale supérieure (with some from outside) who are walking the walk when it comes to bringing together analytic and continental metaphysics.

(In a later week, for instance, Tristan Garcia will deal with David Lewis and Alexius Meinong, probably in the same breath as Badiou, Meillassoux, and me.)

The general website of the Atelier is HERE. It’s worth bookmarking. Excellent group, and well worth a visit if you’re in Paris some time this year and speak even a bit of French.
