The marksman accused of deliberately blinding at least 5 protestors with rubber bullets/birdshot in the eye has been identified and will supposedly be brought in for questioning. HERE.

In the cruellest of the incidents, a protestor blinded in one eye during the January Revolution was shot in the other eye this week and blinded there too.
