Meillassoux book received

Just received it, minutes ago. The text itself runs to 207 pages, but there is extensive back matter, including a list in which all the words of Mallarmé’s Un coup de dés are numbered in chronological order (there are 707 of them). Meillassoux seems to have unearthed a secret code in the text that he thinks opens up the poem in a new way.

I’d say more about my first external impressions of the work, but it’s a day filled with meetings and teaching for me.
