That was good food last night at the Garden Cafe on Broadway between 207th and 208th– way, way up north. Best of all, there’s a place in the back where you can sit outside.

The dish was pumpkin and sage ravioli with garlic cream sauce, but the place wasn’t as snooty as that may make it sound. However, the phrase “pumpkin and sage ravioli with garlic cream sauce” does remind me a bit of The Onion’s “Ask a Restaurant Critic” article from 2000.
