Water is coming out the formerly burning window and the smoke is greatly diminished. I would assume the two guys who went up first are in the midst of taking care of that fire.

That was a reassuringly fast response time. I first heard a woman screaming on the street, which is why I went to the balcony. Then there was a running crowd. And within about 90 seconds, the Zamalek Fire Department arrived. Impressive. I suppose someone within the building must have phoned in the fire before anyone on the street saw it, otherwise the fire engine could never have gotten here that quickly.
