So, it’s being sent out now. And that one’s clearly the paperback, so it’s not just in-stock hardcovers that are going out. (I checked on WorldCat today, and three European universities already have the hardcover on the shelves. Leiden, Erlangen, and one other in Germany that I’ve forgotten.)
