investigating the Egyptian revolution thugs

In another article it is said that a former member of parliament named El-Gabry has been arrested for paying the camel/horse Tahrir thugs. But it has to go a lot higher than that. I’ve even heard some pretty good reports about who it was, but don’t want to type the name here in case the rumors are groundless. (I believe them, for various reasons.)
