Qaddafi talking like a manipulative teenager

The leader of Libya:

“1327: Col Gaddafi said there had been a multi-billion dollar development plan earmarked for Benghazi, but it was now on hold because of the revolt. The scheme would have made the other cities really jealous, he said, and left them asking, ‘why Benghazi?’.”

The other cities would have been really jealous. Too bad, Benghazi. You really blew it.
