civil war?

Jon Leyne from the BBC:

“The mood in Benghazi is getting more nervous as Col Gaddafi continues to maintain and possibly to expand areas under his control in the south and west of Libya.”

If this is true, then it really will be a civil war situation. The Colonel will have a major advantage in weaponry in that case, and so everyone will need to supply the rebels quickly. And there may actually be room for Egypt to do something here, if the conflict in Libya proves to be ongoing.
