One person on Twitter suggested he’s preparing to reprise Assad’s 1982 Hama massacre, but I doubt Qaddafi is quite as in touch with reality at this point as Assad, who was nothing if not alert and shrewd.

As far as the weird continued references to drugs, I tend to agree with the following:
