seeking the appropriate slang term

This is a question for someone younger and more wired than I am.

Is there a slang term yet for the very common fault of saying “see the attached document” and then forgetting to attach it? It’s such an everyday blunder in our era that it seems ripe for a brief and witty catchphrase durable enough to stick in the OED for a generation.

But if such a term exists, I’ve not yet heard it. Anybody know of one?
