This is from Tehran last night. It’s haunting simply because you can’t really see very much.

The sounds are of shouts from rooftops: “Allahu Akbar!” is one, and the other is apparently “Death to the dictator!” [ADDENDUM: And “Death to Khameini!” near the end, a reader points out.]
