This is amazing. Sit-ins aren’t normally possible in Egypt. You would generally get clubbed over the head a bunch of times and might even disappear for a few days or longer. The fear is gone.

This is a couple of blocks south of Tahrir Square. Close, but still a geographical expansion beyond the original “safe zone” at the eastern edge of the Square.
