death of a blogger: “before” and “after” photos

I doubt any Egyptians missed this at the time, but many of my readers in the West probably did.

Concerning the death of blogger Khaled Said last year, here are THE “BEFORE” AND “AFTER” PHOTOS of the young man. After seeing the photos, decide whether you believe that he was beaten to death, or that he died from swallowing marijuana (the official story, following two separate autopsies).

But these photos are, in many ways, the pre-history of the current events in Egypt.
