No name available yet, but the GOOGLE SPREADSHEET now lists #49 as a foreign national killed in Tahrir Square on February 3.

Not even a name is available right now, let alone cause of death. But just speculating here, since most of the Tahrir deaths on February 3 were from overnight sniper fire, this may have been a foreign national who was there on February 2 during the vile horse and camel raids and remained with the protestors, paying for it with her/his life during the ugliest of nights that followed that ugliest of days.
