not quite the longest

The article I just finished writing is a massive 15,500 words (50 pages). I was sure that was the longest article I’d ever written, but turns out it’s not.

That would be “Zero-Person and the Psyche,” my contribution to David Skrbina’s 2009 panpsychism anthology. That one is 15,900 words.
