big improvement

Waking up at 4:30 AM is a huge improvement over waking up at 1:00 or 2:00. If it’s 4:30, that’s just a bona fide early rise. By contrast, 1:00 or 2:00 are jetlagged pathology.

Glad they dragged me out of the nap last night, groggy though I was over dinner.
