I’ve always wanted to understand the sport, and I do watch it a bit whenever I’m in India, but it’s largely a mystery to me.

Actually, if I’m remembering correctly, the reason I didn’t order this one is because a reviewer said there was too much practical detail about how to set up and play a cricket match yourself. It’s way too late for that; I want information about all the leagues and so forth– cricket as a spectator sport, not as one I would ever actually play.
