Bill Simmons has season tickets for the L.A. Clippers (presumably because, as a Celtics fan, he can’t bring himself to buy Lakers tickets).
Anyway, American fans among my readers all know the pathetic, even cursed history of the L.A. Clippers franchise. And the following says it all. Simmons asked his young daughter (she must be 6 or 7) to come with him to one of the games last winter, and here was her response:
“I don’t want to go; it makes me sad.”

This was posted on September 15, but I just missed it: ENEMYINDUSTRY on DeLanda and flat ontology. He briefly cites my article on DeLanda, and though I don’t quite understand his point about morphogenetic structures, he seems to be spirited, clear-headed, and fair.
