Onion-like, but real

This headline:

“Sudan plans animal-shaped cities”

The headline is somewhat misleading, though, since it is actually South Sudan, a new nation likely to break off from Sudan in January.

Incidentally, this is somewhat to the chagrin of Egypt, which is not pleased by having yet another nation with whom to do Nile water diplomacy.
