This looks gray and rainy, but that’s an artifact of the camera. What it really ought to be is the light blue of pre-dawn.

It’s actually very clear today, and you can even see the tiniest sliver of the moon just above and to the right of the Panthéon dome. (But no moon-sliver in this image, I don’t think.)
