land hemisphere

The plan for tomorrow is to go to NANTES, just because I’ve never been there, and I don’t feel like a really distant time-investment tomorrow in a further away new place such as Avignon. Nantes is only about 2:15 away with the TGV.

One of the weird things I learned about Nantes this evening is that it is the center of THE LAND HEMISPHERE of the earth. I didn’t know what that meant either. Click the link to find out. It is a strange honor for a city, and due to continental drift it is not a permanent one.
