oil spill

I haven’t been commenting much on the oil spill story because, frankly, I haven’t been able to bring myself even to read about it most of the time. There has been a feeling of sickness in the background every day for the past month, and I didn’t need to make it worse by reading the gory details before the problem was solved.

It will be angering if nothing changes as a result. But at least it sounds like the flow may have been stopped, for now, just 38 days after the accident. It’s hard to believe this was even possible.
