p.s. Someone I know wrote and guessed that Sartre was my personal “most overrated” choice. Not so.

Without going into Sartre’s merits or non-merits at the moment, not enough people rate him at the peak anymore for him to be considered truly overrated. Maybe in about 1975 the case could have been made, but I don’t see that he’s overblown by many people now.
