Mike Johnduff links to an (already occurred) event I had forgotten about– JUDITH BUTLER SPEAKING ON WHITEHEAD. I remember being surprised that she was doing that, and may even have posted a mention of it here some months ago.

This suggests that Whitehead is taking major steps into parts of the academic universe where he was previously ignored. That’s a good thing. Whitehead deserves it.
