No time to comment on GRATTON’S LATEST CHECK-IN (the day is winding down here), but it’s worth taken into consideration.
But in fact, I simply refer to “realism/idealism” as a well-known shorthand (just as I use “Copernican Revolution” as a shorthand for Kant despite agreeing that Kant’s is more a Ptolemaic Revolution). Remember that last spring I was already arguing (in Bristol) that even “realism” is ceasing to become a useful term, simply because too many different positions are falling under that umbrella.
