This is the other work of Escher referred to below. I find that it has a great power to create sadness. Strangely enough, I forgot it existed for maybe 30 years, until stumbling across it in the Escher museum in The Hague a couple of years ago (a visit is highly recommended the next time you pass through The Netherlands).
