Here’s his take on my Cambridge article at ANTHEM.

Only had time to skim it so far, as I’m still operating this wireless between the bus and a café… Not having a microwave in Cairo saves me from the worst of the eating habits of my Chicago days, but Cilantro Café does have good microwave pasta now, and on busy days that’s the sort of stuff I’m stuck with. Unfortunately, Koshury El-Tahrir is now too far away to make it a quick meal reach, and koshury in Zamalek is simply too mediocre compared with the city’s best.
